Production area: Hillside vineyards that are located at 350 meters above sea level in the area
of Santa Margherita Belice in the province of Agrigento and surrounding areas.
Production technique: Hand picking the grapes in the first ten days of September. Cold maceration of the grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Aging: Steel for at least four months
Colour: Bright straw yellow
Perfume: Intense fresh fruit with pleasant citrus notes
Taste: Dry, soft, with remarkable freshness
Food pairing: Ideal with dishes based on fish, also elaborate, or white meat.
Alcoholic strength: 12,5 % vol.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
