Amaro del Capo consists of herbs, flowers, fruit and roots from the Calabrian region infused in the finest alcohol to aid digestion and give a feeling of wellbeing.
Bitter orange, sweet orange, liquorice, mandarin, camomile and Juniper are just some of the 29 medicinal herbs which cab be found in this unique infusion.
Its delicate and aromatic taste delivers a lighter less bitter finish.
Calabrian tradition recommends it should be consumed frozen at -20 degrees centigrade to emphasize the characteristics of the herbs.
