The Valtènesi Chiaretto del Cavaliere del Garda was named with the Latin term Aura in honour of the breeze that characterises the territory and influences the climate and vineyard.
It is obtained through the vinification of four red Garda grapes: Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera. This Valtènesi Chieretto wine intense, fine and with good structure and complexity, is ideal with fish and white meat dishes.
