Vinification: 40 days of maceration, 25 of which in submerged cap and spontaneous malolactic fermentation

Aging: 66 months in Barriques oak barrels and 20 of which in Slavonian oak barrels. Subsequent aging in bottle for 24 months

Tasting notes: The typical notes of red fruit over time they are made more complex by one series of tertiary aromas such as spices, leather, cinnamon and nutmeg that support a mouth of rare elegance in which the tannic texture expresses great silkiness

Food pairing: game first courses, meat dishes, mature cheeses
