Colour: Straw yellow with greenish reflections, lightly veiled due to non-filtration
Bouquet: Fruity with hints of citrus, tropical fruit and mineral notes
Palate: Fresh, enveloping and full, good sapidity
Vinification: In stainless steel tanks after the low temperature skin contact method. It consists in a sudden lower of temperature of the just picked grapes with dry ice and leave for two days with the skins
Maturation: Almost 8 months in stainless steel tanks
Food pairing: With seafood, fish, white meats, cheeses and starters
