At the bottom of the Vulture Vulcano, in Rapolla, 2 hectares of vineyards, surrounded by olive and almond trees.

The harvest is done by end of October, rigorously by hand.

Fermentation in steel containers at 28°C. with maturation in oak barrels for at least 18 months.

The result is an outstanding Aglianico, powerful but well balanced, fruity and ruby red.

Preferably served at 18°C.
