Processing

- destalking and pressing of the grapes
- fermentation with skin contact for about 6 days followed by 8-10 days fermentation
- malolactic fermentation lasts about 20 days.

Maturation: 4 months in the bottle.

Color: purplish red.

Bouquet: intense with a flavor of ripe red fruit with rose and violet scents.

Flavor: fresh, pleasant and gently tannic.

Consumption: If it is well preserved, this wine can age up to three years.

Food matches: it goes perfectly with salami, ham and sausages, grilled meats and uncomplicated game dishes.
