GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Vermentino
AREA OF PRODUCTION: Hilly soils located at about 200 metres above sea levels.
VINIFICATION AND MATURATION: The musts are fermented at 18C with selected autochthonous yeasts in steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow in colour with light greenish tints. The bouquet is delicate, pleasantly fruity with intense floral notes. Dry wine, fresh and sapid with a balanced body and structure.
FOOD SUGGESTIONS: Ideal for accompanying fish dishes, delicate starters or meat roasts or as an aperitif.
