Rovettaz is the name of one of the most ancient company vineyards; it stands out for its steep slopes and the production of high quality grapes which are employed in the production of Torrette Supérieur.
Its ruby colour is intense and luminous.
Its intense bouquet brings to mind ripe wild berries with sweet floral hints of violet and wild rose which are followed by sweet spicy notes.
In the mouth, it opens up its fruity bouquet, which becomes stronger thanks to the mineral note ; its light acidity blends with the tannins. It accompanies dishes prepared with red meat and meat from farmyard animals.
