COLOR: Deep red with ruby tints.
AROMA: Intense, with notes of blackberries, red berries, spices and cocoa.
FLAVOR: Full-bodied with solid, juicy tannins; persistent and tasty.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% vol.
AGING: 12 months.
SENSORY NOTES: Red colour with shades of ruby, intense aroma with notes of blackberry, red fruit, spices and cocoa. Well-structured, with solid and tasty tannins, persistent and flavourful.
FERMENTATION: 25 days of fermentation on the skins.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18 °C.
