GRAPE: 100% Cortese.
VINEYARDS: Bussone, 240mt slm, soils with white marl
VINIFICATION: Vinification and soft pressing of whole bunches with cooling of the grapes. Fermentation at a controlled temperature for 7 days using selected yeasts.
AROMA: very intense, fresh fruit and white flowers with notes of pear and peach.
FLAVOR: fresh to the palate, with nice acidity. Sapid and smooth.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% vol.

AGING: 90% in steel on its lees, 10% in 2,25 hl barrique.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7-8 °C.
