Since established, Kirinzan has been producing elegantly dry sake. Kirinzan is proudly created with local ingredients in Niigata.

Niigata is one of the best rice growing areas in Japan. Underground water from premival forest of Beech and one of the highest quality of rice grown locally provide great sake ingredients.

Heavy snowfall cralify cleanses air and keep the temperature during the sake making season.
