Characteristics: single Year (Millesimato) Spumante, Nature (zero dosage) of golden and brilliant straw-yellow colour with fine and long-lasting perlage. Persistent and white foam. Very intense and complex perfume with a harmonious and elegant taste.
Wine making: oft pressing and first controlled fermentation in stainless steel. In spring one proceeds with foam bottling and a second fermentation. Minimum 24 month permanence on yeasts. Accurate manual remuage and final pour off.
Accompanied by: Aperitif, but absolutely suitable for any type of meal.
Serving temperature: 7-8°C
