LOCATION OF THE VINEYARD: Morainic hills of Prealpi Trevigiane beteween Conegliano and Valdobbiadene
VINEYARDS AND TYPE OF LAND: The Vineyards are situated at an altitude between 200 and 300 meters above sea level grown on medium textured clay soil.
VINIFICATION AND AGING: Pressing of the grapes and cryomaceration of the pressed grapes for 24 hours with temperature below 10°C. Next soft pressing and decantation of the must and start alcoholic fermentation at 17°C. Stay on yeasts for 3 months. Then transfer and aging in steel for 5 months. Bottling and aging in bottle for 60 days.
