Tasting notes: Relevant parfumes of red fruits, plum,  black cherry and blackberry; Full bodied and sapid in the palate, with pleasant fruity notes.

Food suggestion: Boiled, roasted and grilled meat, zampone and cotechino ( Modena typical main courses ), aged cheese
