Aglianico Campania IGT
VINEYARD AND SOIL
The estates for the production of the Aglianico Campania are located mainly on clay soils with a South-East exposure at 400 m a.s.l. on average. The training system is the espalier with guyot or cordon spur pruning system and the density of plantation of 4.000 vines/ha on average and the yeald is of about 8,000 kg/ha (7,100 lbs/acres) and 2 kg/vine (4.40 lbs/vine).

HARVEST PERIOD AND TYPOLOGY
End of October/beginning of November, manual harvest.
VINIFICATION AND REFINING
Vinification with long maceration of the skins at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Refines for 10 months in oak barrels.
