Variety: 60% Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso - 40% Cabernet Sauvignon
Type of soil: alluvial calcareous clay
Harvest: second ten days of September for the Refosco D.P.R. variety, mid October for the Cabernet Sauvignon variety
Colour: intense deep ruby red with magenta highlights.
Aromas: fine and lingering with clear hints of mixed red berries. Vanilla final.
Flavour: full-bodied, pronounced, warm and extremely well-balanced.
Absolutely delicious with braised meat, barbecued meat and hard cheeses.
SERVING TEMPERATURE AND STEMWARE
Stemware: large bowl glass narrowing at the rim.
