Traditional alpine herbal liqueur, prepared still today according to a recipe dating back to the end of the 19th century.
Colour: clear, intense brownish amber colour.
Nose: complex bouquet of herbs and roots enhancced by maceration and slow distillation. A final sweet note of tangerine peel.
Taste: velvety-soft, fresh and pleasantly bitter flavour with hints of rhubard. The final note of tangerine peel is confirmed.
