ENOLOGICAL DATA

Red vinification with selected yeasts, 6 days maceration at 22°C controlled temperature.
Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. After that the wine is built up in steel tanks and kept at least 6 months inside tonneau during the ageing process.

Bottle maturation duration: 2 months before commercialization.

Average wine life: not suitable for long ageing.
