Èrema is the cellar’s youngest red wine. Cannonau red grapes vinified with traditional methods. The lively freshness and scents of mixed berries, make it attractive just in the early months of the year. Its softness and pleasant to drink allow it to be a perfect match for the typical dishes of the culinary culture of Sardinia.

Vinification Technique: The grapes picked by hand in boxes, are destemmed and made to macerate in thermo controlled tanks in which it occurs the alcoholic fermentation and the malolactic one.

Fermentation time: 10-15 days

Maturation: Lees in stainless steel tanks

Time of bottling: In April after the harvest

Ageing potential: 6-8 years

Color: Intense ruby red
