Vinification Technique: The grapes are rigorously picked by hand in boxes. After the destemming and a sort maceration on the skins, the grapes are pressed gently. The fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks.

Fermentation time: 12-15 days

Maturation: Lees in stainless steel tanks

Time of bottling: In March of the year following the harvest

Ageing potential: 1-2 years
