MAÌA is the product of the first grapes grown on our soil, harvested with meticulous care in order to obtain the best quality and vinified in our wine cellar. With its firm structure and complexity it’s a tribute to Gallura and the generosity of its Terroir.

Vinification Technique: The grapes are picked by hand in boxes. After being destemmed , the grapes macerate in press for few hours before to take temperature and to begin the fermentation.

Maturation: Lees in stainless steel tanks

Time of bottling: In April of the year following the harvest

Ageing potential: 2-4 years

Color: Filled straw yellow

Aroma: Subtle spicy notes
