Production area: Fontanella vineyard located at an altitude of 220 m above sea level. North-south position.
Technique of vinification ad ageing: Manual and selective harvest, further selection of the separated grapes in the winery. Fermentation in stainless steel tank. Ageing in the French barriques for 18 months and refinement in bottle for 6 months.
Production of grapes per hectare: 3500 kg/ha
Annual production: 1000 bottles
Colour: Intense ruby red with violet reflections
Bouquet: Classic and intense bouquet, definitely fruity. With the aging in barriques expresses notes of jam, spices, coffee and cinnamon.
Flavour: Enveloping freshness and harmony. Great depth. Long and pleasant persistence.
Ideal temperature: 18/20° C
