VIinification: Grapes are hand-picked, de-stemmed and undergo an initial co/d maceration. Afler few hours of contaci of the skin w il h the wort, the grapes are pressed and the mustferments at low temperature. Itfurther matures in bottle.

Nose: floral an d fruity scents like cherries an d wild strawberries.
Mouth: fresh, quite savory with longfinish.
