Grape Varieties: Vermentino Nero 85%, Canaiolo Nero 10%, Pollera 5%.

Vineyards: Located in the municipality of Fosdinovo at 50-100 mt a.s.l.

Training System: Guyot training on different sixths of plant. Yield not exceeding 1.5 kg / stock.

Harvest: Manual at the end of September.

Vinification: Soft systems for receiving grapes.

Maceration and fermentation: in cement vats, manual punching down and gravity racking. Following refinement on its own yeasts in cement vats for 8 months.

Bottling: In May / June and a further two months of aging in glass.

Yield per hectare: 70 quintals of grapes per hectare.

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.

Produced bottles: 30,000
