Neravite comes from a careful selection of Montepulciano grapes grown in the Terresacre farm.
This wine has a ruby red colour and ripe fruit and jam hints, with a mouthfilling and warm taste.
It matches tasty main courses, roasts and mature cheeses.
Grape variety: Montepulciano 100%
Harvesting time: the third ten days of October.
Harvesting: Grapes are harvested by hand and they’re pickedup into large cases of 20 quintals capacity.
Crushing: crushing isn’t made very energically, to respect thegrapes integrity. The destemminig is made in that phase.
Vinification: maceration in small steel fermentation tanks, for atleast [5 V 20 days, with programmed stirs ofthe must.
The fermentation: temperature is kept at 28°C.
Alcoholic content: 13,0% vol.
Colour: intense ruby red.
Aroma: elegant at nose, with a scent of black cherry and blackberry jam.
Flavour: dry, warm, persistent taste, with soil tannins.
Serving temperature: 18-20°C.
Recommended with: red meats, important first courses,wildfowl, typical Molise cheeses and cold cuts.
