Rosavite is made from red grapes grown on the hills Terresacre farm and vinified in white.
Make an intense cherry pink color, perfume fruity and delicate.
Goes well with fish and meat and fish soups.
Grapes: Montepulciano 100%
Harvest time: end of September.
Collection: the harvest is done manually and the transfer takes place in small containers.
Crushing: crushing, after separation of the stalks, is mild in order to respect the integrity of the grapes.
Vinification: after a short maceration for 10 hours, in which the juice remains in contact with the skins, you are gently pressed.
Fermentation: white for a period of about 10 days at a controlled temperature of 1 6° -18° C.
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
Appearance: cherry pink crystal.
Aroma: Fruity with strong intensity of cherry, red apple, strawberries and raspberries.
Taste: fresh, soft with a hint of lingering fragrance.
Serving temperature: 12°-14°C.
Serving suggestions: Excellent as an aperitif. Good with seafood or appetizers, meats and cheeses of Molise. Easy to combine with first and second courses of meat or fish.
