Ragú Carne Sauce. Ready-made pasta sauce. The intense taste of the meat combined with the freshness of the vegetables makes this Ragù a round and full of flavour sauce.
Preparation and usage. Ready-made pasta sauce. Recommended to be used it after few minutes in frying pan, ending with a dash of olive oil. Ideal with a long pasta, adding some grated cheese (like a pecorino Siciliano).
Ingredients: Tomato (59%), veal and pork meats in variable proportion (18%), carrots, celery, onions, extra virgin olive oil, salt, wine, garlic, basil, pepper, sage, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves.
