Preparation and usage. Ready-made pasta sauce. Recommended to be heated for a couple of minutes on the stove and served with a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil. The classic recipe involves spaghetti pasta, squid ink sauce, finely chopped parsley to garnish. You can also add some ricotta cheese, according to an ancient Italian recipe.
