Production technique: Hand picking the grapes in the first ten days of September. Long maceration with the skins at a controlled temperature.
Aging: Stainless steel for a few months
Colour: Intense ruby red
Perfume: Typical red fruit with pleasant spicy notes
Taste: Soft and well balanced
Food pairing: Red meats and game
Alcoholic strength: 12,5% vol.
