Grape varieties: Slightly sparkling white wine made with Nerello Mascalese grapes and carefully selected sicilian aromatic premium white grapes

Production area: Vineyards on the slopes of Volcano Etna in the eastern districts; cordon grapevine training system on volcanic-sandy soils, with strong thermic differences between day and night

Production technique: Hand-picked grapes; soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation. The transformation of the last sugar residues takes place in autoclave, to make the wine pleasantly and slightly sparkling

Colour: Pale lemon-green

Perfume: High intensity of white flowers with pleasant stone fruits hints

Taste: Off dry, medium acidity, high intensity of apricot and peach, good freshness and persistence

Food pairing: Like aperitif and with all fish and shellfish dishes

Alcoholic strength: 12.0% abv

Serving temperature: 6-8°C
