GRAPES: 100% Moscato bianco
HARVEST: Manual, first half of September.
VINIFICATION: De-stemming and soft pressing. It must be storage at 0°C.
This is followed by a slow fermentation in autoclave until it reaches 6.5% of alcohol after which the wine is bottled.
PAIRINGS: Sparkling wine dedicated to desserts, accompanied by fruit salads, cakes, pastries stuffed.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6°-8°C
