GRAPE TYPE: Moscato bianco, aromatic red grapes

HARVEST: Manual, first half of September.

WINE-MAKING PROCESS: Destemming and soft pressing. The must is cooled to 0°C and kept for up to a month before second fermentation. This is followed by slow fermentation in autoclave until reaching 7.5% of alcohol content at which point it is bottled.

PAIRINGS: An excellent dessert wine, accompanied by fruit salads, cakes, pies and stuffed pastries.
Entertaining wine for any occasion at any time of day.


FEATURES: Clear and brilliant pink colour with a fine perlage of good continuity and persistence.
The aroma of cherry and fresh fruit is pleasant and enveloping.
Fresh and floral taste, rightly crisp, of good intensity and persistence.
