GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Trebbiano
AREA OF PRODUCTION: Sunny hillside vineyards of Abruzzo region, facing Adriatic sea
VINIFICATION AND MATURATION: Light crushing and cold-press maceration. It ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES: Light straw-yellow with greenish nuances. An intense and persistent nose of citrus, light almond, tropical fruit and balsamic notes. On the palate the wine is fresh with mineral and citrus accents and again the balsamic and almond notes.e
FOOD SUGGESTIONS: It matches with all fish-based dishes, light first courses, white meats, fresh and slightlyseasoned cheeses (4 -12 months). Excellent as aperitif, it can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
