Moscato Giallo or Goldmuskateller is an aromatic grape variety that has been cultivated in Alto Adige for centuries. Unlike the more usual sweet version, this Moscato Giallo is a dry wine.

Cultivating area: Warm and sun-exposed sites on Renon at about 500 m a.s.l. (1650 ft)

Harvest date: Late September until mid-October

Vinification: Gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Color: Straw yellow with green hints
Aroma: Subtle nutmeg note, scents of citrus and apricot 
Flavor: Elegant and fresh. Well-incorporated acidity and light mineral notes.

Food pairing: Aperitif or ideal partner for fish and herb-inspired cuisine.

Alcohol: 13.0% vol*
