Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes, short maceration and fermentation atcontrolled temperature.
Tasting notes: Light straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The fresh, lively and aromatic scent recalls peach, melon and yellow bell pepper typical of the variety. Dry, sapid, with good structure to the palate.
Food suggestions: Ideal with appetizers, seafood salads, shellfishes and pasta dishes. To drink while still young.
Serve chilled at 8-10 °C.
