Grapes: Syrah 60% and Cabernet Sauvignon 40%. Selected vineyards of north-west Sicily region.
Vinification: Classic red vinification: soft pressing, fermentation and maceration with skins at 28-30 °C for 10 days.

Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red color with violet reflections. Rich, spicy, slightly herbaceous bouquet with hints of green pepper, plum and blackberry. Taste dry, enveloping, full, with notes of red fruit, tobacco and vanilla.
Food suggestions: Ideal with pasta dishes, roasted and grilled meats, game and mature hard cheeses. Serve at 16-17 °C. To drink within 5 years from the harvest.
