Grapes: Syrah 60% and Cabernet Sauvignon 40%. Selected vineyards of north-west Sicily region.
Vinification: Classic red vinification: soft pressing, fermentation and maceration with skins at 28-30° for 10 days.
Tasting Notes: Red intense colour with garnet reflections. Rich and spicy bouquet. Dry taste with notes of red fruits, tobacco and vanilla.
Food suggestions: Ideal with pasta dishes, roasted and grilled meats, game and matured hard cheeses. Serve at: 16-17°C.
