GRAPES: Grenache, Cinsault Grapes are carefully selected. Vines are cultivated in integrated farm way. Soil is calcareous clay.
VINIFICAITON: Total crushing and destemming. After resting for 2 months in Stainless steel tanks at 15°C, the wine is assembles and then lightly filtered bottling.
FEATURES: Tender pale rose colour with coral highlights, bright and clear. At first the nose is vegetal and ending on some peach and redcurrant notes. The mouth is soft and fresh, large and gourmande. Accents of redcurrant brings a beautiful freshness. The finale is long and fruity.
PAIRING: Best paired with some tapas at the aperitivo. Will marry really well with some roasted poultry served with some supper provencal vegetables.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7-9°C
