Eva natural mineral water springs and is bottled at 2.024 metres asl. This is the highest water source in Europe located in the heart of Monviso's mountains in a pristine, unpolluted and protected alpine ground water at 3.7 °C. This area has been declared Man and Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO.
A total dissolved solids of 48mg/l makes this water classified as a minimally mineralized, recommended forhypertansion and kidney problems.
With 0.28mg/l of sodium Acqua Eva has the lowest sodium content in the world, therefore recommended for low sodium diets.
