HARVEST PERIOD: Mid of September
HARVEST TECHNIQUE: The grapes are manually harvested in the coolest hours of the day.
WINE MAKING: The grapes are placed in stainless steel tanks. Then, the must is chilled to a temperature of 8°C in order to assist a natural settling of the impurities. The wine is then stocked in stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation takes place for 30 days.
FINISHING: 6 months in cement tank and finally 6 months in bottle.
BOTTLES PRODUCED: 10.000
ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION: Light pink in color, the wine’s aromas are delicate, with notes of raspberry fruit. The taste is smooth and dry with good acidity.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12-13°C.
FOOD PAIRING: White meats and fish.
