Distillery: Del Mezzo
 
These grappas of unique vine are obtained from selected pomace of UCELUT and PICULIT NERI grapes of great value cultivated only in the West of the province of Pordenone precisely in the municipalities of Pinzano al Tagliamento and Castelnovo del Friuli.
Processing: distilled in batch still with steam heaters. Aged in steel tanks for one year. No added sugar.
 
Features: The ancient Ucelut grape variety produces a grappa with a unique taste.
Very delicate with floral scents. In the mouth the taste is soft, pleasant and harmonious.
Tasting tips: at room temperature to appreciate the variety of scents and flavors.
