Vinification and productio n system: Late harvest of the grapes, then the grapes are dried till December, pressed and fermented in barrique
Organoleptic description: Golden yellow with light greenish reflections, pleasant, aromatic and delicate bouquet, with appealing notes suggesting orange blossoms. Aromatic and typically sweet with an extremely delicate vein of freshness
Preservation: Store in a fresh, dry and dark place. A wine intended to be drunk within 30-50 years of the vintage
Serving temperature: To be served cold at 8-10°C
Gastronomic suggestions: It combines perfectly with light cakes, puddings, fruit salads, pies, dried biscuits and marzipan or can be consumed between meals with fruit or seasoned pecorino
