VINIFICATION: Selected hand harvested grapes. Soft pressing, vinification in rosè and fermentation at controlled temperature.
TASTING NOTES: Light pink color. Fresh light and fragrant bouquet. Dry, fine and harmonious taste.
FOOD SUGGESTIONS: Ideal with pasta, pizza, eggs, fish dishes, light meals, meats and during all meals. Serve at 9-10 °C
