Vinification and sensory profile: The grapes are brought immediately to the winery and, after destemming, are transferred directly in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for complete fermentation After racking and a first transfer with elimination of scum large, it waits for the completion of malolactic fermentation in steel, then another racking is done. Thus began a refinement in steel tanks which lasts until April-May. Ruby-red wine with purple sheen. A nose can detect hints of ripe red fruit, berries, violet, and intense and lively fruity notes. In the mouth it is soft, fresh and fruity, not overly aggressive tannins, but overall a good structure. Great are the taste-olfactory persistence and compliance;
