LOCATION OF THE VINEYARD: Morainic hills of Prealpi Trevigiane beteween Conegliano and Valdobbiadene

VINEYARDS AND TYPE OF LAND: The Vineyards are situated at an altitude between 200 and 300 meters above sea level grown on medium textured clay soil

VINIFICATION AND AGING: Soft pressing of grapes, cold settling of the must (5-7°C) and start the fermentation at controlled temperature of 18°C. Next decanting and aging in stainless steel. Fermentation in autoclave for about 30 days and next bottling. Aging in bottle for about 30 day before entry into the market.
