Wine-Making Technique: Cuvée Brut is obtained from the separate vinification of rigorously hand-picked Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes. Grapes are gently placed in the press and submitted to a very light pressure leaving the must to settle before fermentation.After 240 days sur lies ageing, the magic ritual of the Cuvée creation starts.
