LE BLANC 0.0% is made from a high-quality wine produced by a family-run winery in Mèze, on the shores of the Étang de Thau. This HVE-certified vineyard thrives between the garrigue and the lagoon, bathed in the salty air and Mediterranean climate.  Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Rolle, the wine is gently dealcoholized to 0.0% using a very low-temperature distillation process, which preserves all the aromatic richness and finesse of the original wine.

Nose: aromas of white fruits and citrus intertwine with delicate herbal and floral notes, such as jasmine and acacia blossom
