IN THE WINERY
The softly crushed grapes undergo cold (8 °C) pre-fermentation maceration for 12 hours to extract all the aromas and colour. Soft pressing follows, with fermentation at 14-15 °C for approximately 15 days. The wine then stands on the lees, which are periodically stirred.

 

TASTING NOTES
Colour: pale pink.
Aromas: hawthorn blossoms, green apples and white almonds with a gentle, delicate final reminiscent of wild roses.
Flavour: fresh, rich with vivid acidity that goes wonderfully with a final note of mixed red berries.

 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Excellent as an aperitif and great with fried vegetables, mushrooms, delicate pasta dishes and risottos with spring vegetables. Ideal for flavourful white meat and fish dishes. Try with seafood pizza or seasonal vegetables.

Temperature: 6-8 °C
Stemware: medium sized tulip-shaped glass narrowing at the rim.

Our winery guarantees the integrity of the product and its correct development only and exclusively when preserved in a cool place (6-8 °C), dry and away from sources of light and heat.
