Refinement: steel vats for a period of 9 months during wich many different decantations are done. A further refinement in bottle before selling.

Bouquet: Intense and charming, with a wide range of aromas. Among them cherry, plum and red berries

Flavour: Complex, of good structure, harmonious and prolonged

Best served at: 16°C
