Location of the soil: Hills at 250-260 mtrs from the sea level, south-south east exposure

Type of soil: Tortonian and Helvetian origin calcareous marls - sands rich of microelements

Varietal/Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo

Winemakking: Handpicked with accurate selection of the grapes, followed up by a delicate crushing-destemming. Traditional vinification and maceration for at least 20 days with fulling and gentle wetting of the hat.

Alcohol content: 14.5% vol*

Ageing and Refinement: 18 months in french 500 litres tonneau and additional 12 months refinement in the bottle before the release

Colour: Ruby red with garnet reflections

Bouquet: Wide and intense. Enveloping cherry aroma and tobacco and cocoa notes.

Flavour: Full on the palate, with great completeness and harmonious tannins

Best served at: 16°C
